Rich Mina brings 25+ years experience in leading HR and talent functions. He has built successful global programs & systems at large Fortune companies, as well as at pre-IPO start-ups.
He was influential in driving growth and building talent for El Camino Health, HP, Splunk, Anaplan, Computer Associates, Intuitive Surgical and Hitachi. Rich is also a certified executive & leadership coach.
Rich is the founder and chair of the Bay Area HR Network (BAHRN) and an advisory board member of California Recruiters. He is also an advisor for Findem, an AI talent solutions company.
Rich is a certified executive coach, and currently holds a SHRM-SCP certification.
